Much Ado About Nothing - Set in 1898 New Mexico a group of Teddy Roosevelt's Rough Riders returns home. Upon their arrival Benedick resumes his verbal combat with Beatrice; Claudio and Hero fall in love and set a wedding date; Dogberry prepares his night watch for duty; and Don Juan plans revenge on his brother, Don Pedro, for defeating him in the war and forcing him to return home.

Events take a turn when Benedick and Beatrice are tricked into believing that each loves the other while Don Juan uses his accomplice to fool Claudio and Don Pedro into believing that Hero has been unfaithful. It is up to Dogberry to save the day, but does this uneducated, pompous, good-hearted ruffian have the key? And what will happen when Benedick and Beatrice realize they've been duped?

Shakespeare kicks up the dust this summer in the amphitheater to tickle your funny bone and make us believe once again in true love.
